Our company starts from the experience of Sandro IØJXX, who is celebrating his 40 years of ham license. Early in the ‘70s his passion for VHF let him test himself in contest, preferring the pure portable one. Observing serious limits among commercial antennas, he started to plan an antenna for a higher performance level. This is how 16JXX2 was born. The antenna let him win “Alpe Adria ” contest in 1987 and then twice again. According to Lionel VE7BQH the antenna revealed its virtues with 223° Kelvin and it was about 30 years ago!
The increasing amateur radio operators’ demand determined our entrance into the market. Passion, professionalism and “Made in Italy” are our spot: we do care about the material quality, we are the only ones to assure a galvanic treatment to both the boom and the elements, we plan and design insulators and plates to accomplish customers’ needs.
In order to answer to the growing demand we expanded our production designing new products such as high-performance preamplifiers and amplifiers, thanks to the cooperation with external RF/FW engineers and designers. At the moment we are the only ones to produce an intelligent VHF & UP amplifier, featured by IN & OUT protections and remote control. Our PA is equipped with a comfortable shoulder bag, that can easily become a practical hand baggage whose dimensions and weight are compatible with the new conditions of transport of the greater and the low-costs air companies.
Our company makes use of a multilingual staff in order to provide the best help we can to OM who are interested in our items. A net of importers allows a worldwide distribution, while our e-commerce web site is active h24 a day and 365 a year always.
